10th of May, following in the tradition of the previous years, we celebrated Europe Day, this year at Liang She .

五月10日，我们延续去年的传统共同庆祝欧洲日，今年的活动在良設夜宴举行。

Europe Day is held on 9th May each year and celebrates peace and unity in Europe. The date marks the anniversary of the historic 'Schuman declaration’ (1950) that sets out his idea for a new form of political cooperation in Europe, which would make war between Europe's nations unthinkable. Schuman's proposal is considered to be the beginning of what is now the European Union.

欧洲日定于每年5月9日，旨在庆祝欧洲的和平与团结。这一天标志着历史性的“舒曼宣言”（1950年）的发表纪念日——在宣言中，舒曼提出了一个崭新的政治合作构想，旨在让欧洲国家之间的战争成为不可想象的事。

这一倡议也被认为是如今欧洲联盟的起点。

This Europe day celebration in Shanghai is organized by EASA ( headed by Zane Mellupe)and co-organized with the AAIIC, RICE， Liang She , WhyWhyArt and supported by the EUCJIC-EU China Joint Innovation Center, the Greek- Chinese Economic Council, Ecology and Cultures Innovation Lab, A home of Science-Italy, Fiber Media Lab, ERA  and ESA. Special thanks to Chatau De Cayx, Pure Puer Tea and Illy.
